The classic in ceramic grills. Big Green Egg holds temperature as good as any smoker could. I have used the same coals to cook a pork butt for 13 hours many times without any loss of temp. There is a reason that people have sworn by these since the 70's! Quality materials = a quality experience with the WSM. There is also a ton of capacity for the footprint and price point with two shelves. I use the 22" but there is also a 14.5 and 18.5 version ranging from $279 - $549.
